North coast tour WK 2 on Saturday 31st from MAC at 10am two groups 70mile run and a 40 mile run all welcome.

Thanks to the club members who stopped and helped me with my flat at Carnlough today and gave me a spare tube. It lasted 10 miles until I got another flat! Ended up having to get the bus and train back to Belfast!
