Wallace Caldwell Memorial road race – National Series round two – Pre -entry Information

The new National Road Series for 2015 gets underway on the 8th March with Rás Luímní. The road racing series, primarily aimed at A1 and A2 riders, will comprise of sixteen races, with the best five scores of a rider counting provided they compete in three of the four provinces. The National Road Series events sit within existing races across the four provinces.
Ulster hosts the second of these events with the tough Wallace Caldwell as a counter. Entries for this  

Ballymena Road Club promotion will go online for pre-entry on Monday 2nd March at 1900.  As this is the second round of the National League it is anticipated that entries will fill up quickly. The entries will be prioritised for A1 and A2 category riders with a few A3 and second year juniors to be selected by the promoting club.  A reserve list will be in operation.  Refunds will be at promoter’s discretion.

The Wallace Caldwell receives support from the PSNI without whose help the race could not take place. The PSNI motorbike outriders provide a rolling road closure as well as helping to get the riders safely through small town and villages.
