Chain Reaction Cycles, have teamed up with Belfast City Centre Management and the PSNI to Offer 300 Free bike Registration Kits.
 
The UK leading Online Bicycles identification and registration initiative aiming to reduce cycle theft, identify stolen bikes and assist in owner recovery.
 
Bike Register is used by Every UK Police force
