Registration
Tuesday, January 13, 2015
Ballymena Road Club cyclists have been signing on with the club at an unprecedented rate this season. At the time of writing 98 had already joined for the first time or renewed their memberships for 2015.
The Cycling Ireland "on-line” membership application system has been operating well for the most part (despite the odd difficulty) and, for the first time, there are actually more people applying on-line than those using the traditional method.
BRC secretary Hazel Hughes says that Cycling Ireland’s racing licence applications are up by 25% this year. She anticipates that racing licences and race numbers may be slow to process and advises anyone who wishes to take part in early season races to get their applications registered a.s.a.p. to avoid disappointment.
The next "face to face” signing on opportunity to be held at the BRC Rex Bonar house clubrooms is scheduled for mid-February. In the meantime please continue to use the on-line system.
