Wednesday 23rd July. Ballymena Road Club – Chain Reaction Cycles – Gardiner cup 10 miles time trial in the Northstone sponsored club race series.
The starting time is scheduled for 7pm from Woodgreen.
The roundabout observers are Richard and Gary Reid.
Handicap league.  Ahead of the Gardiner cup event the riders in the time trial handicap league series have now completed six of the nine rounds. Jason Burns leads with a total of 26 points. Martin Ruddy is ten points behind on 16 points while Ryan Shaw and Sean Wright are equal third with 11 points each. Next it’s Eileen Burns on 9.5 points. Then it’s a four way tie for sixth place between Philip Morrison, Matthew Brennan, John Maxwell and John Shaw who all have 6 points each.
Saturday 26th July. Ulster Youth Championships in Craigavon. Full details including course maps are on the Clann Eireann club website www.clanncc.net  where intending riders are invited to pre-enter.
Youth riders in the club should especially note that this event is "pre- entry” which is not normal for most youth road events in Ulster. 
 
Sunday 27th July. Nine Glens Challenge. Glenarm 10am.
Tuesday 29th July. Ballymena Road Club will hold their annual race around the Mid-Antrim 150 motor cycle circuit at Clough. The main race is held over 8 laps, 28.8 miles, with the competitors going off in different handicapped bunches. They will be racing for the Clough Rangers shield, which was won last year by Jason Burns.
The youth section is in action on the same course, last year’s winner was Breandan McCavana.
