Women’s Cycling Ulster is delighted to announce our next women's only event, which will be held on Friday 4th April at 7pm.

We will be joined by guest speaker, Khara Mills of FitNaturally.co.uk. Khara is one of the most enthusiastic people about healthy eating that you will meet! She very much supports fitnaturally's ethos of eating delicious, natural foods and using the natural environment for training and exercise.

Khara’s passion for healthy, natural food will be very obvious to you. She is also a triathlete and Ironman and will share with you a wealth of knowledge of what works, whether you race or simply wish to fuel your exercise.

Paul McCormac is our second guest speaker.

Paul started out as a Physio 25 years ago and since then has trained to consultant in sports medicine. He works with athletes from all sports but primarily runners and cyclists. His own sports career has seen him win British and Irish titles in European Kickboxing as well as competing in Ironmen. Paul will be giving advice on common cycling injuries, how to prevent them and strategies for recovery.

The event will be held at
