Criterium In The Park

Phoenix CC promoted their annual races in Ormeau Park on Friday night and they had events for all categories. The U16 race was as hotly contested as ever with plenty of aggressive riding throughout.  The riders faced fifteen minutes plus two laps.  The victory was fought out in a sprint between James Mulligan of Newry Wheelers and Clough’s Aaron Swan of TSC racing with James taking it by a wheel.  Third place went to the ever improving George Graham of Ballymena RC.
