Foyle Cycling Club's Inishowen 100 Charity Cycle Sunday 16th August 2015

Friday, May 22, 2015
This is your invitation to one of the most challenging but enjoyable cycle sportives in Ireland – The Inishowen 100 (I100miles) - with an alternative I100km option.

The I100m cycle sportive follows the stunning scenic coastline of the Inishowen peninsula, including Mamore Gap, a Cat 1 climb, and the demanding climbs around Malin Head, the most northerly point in Ireland, and the magnificent Kinnego Bay. It is a challenging cycle aimed at the capable cyclist. However there is an alternative I100km route which follows most of the Inishowen coastline but avoids the steepest climbs. Our photographers will be there to capture iconic images on Mamore Gap, Malin Head and Kinnego Bay.

An excellent lunch stop and refuelling stop will be provided en route. Afterwards enjoy changing and shower facilities, receive your achievement Certificate and well earned I100 T Shirt and refreshments while you review the photographic slide show of the day’s event. If staying locally there’s even a social gathering in the evening at a local hotel to swap war stories !
